Geldue manufactures its semi-finished products having in mind the best Italian ice cream tradition, offering a wide choice of items such as:

Milk bases

either for cold or hot process, Geldue bases are already balanced and pre-mixed, thus ensuring excellent results in terms of taste, texture and user-friendly preparation. The inviting creaminess and easy-to-serve consistency are the most evident characteristics of these bases that prove to be versatile in traditional and creative recipes.

For hot process

Gelduesuper: the richest and most complete among Geldue bases. Only milk, fresh cream and sugar are needed, without any other integration for improving its naturally excellent texture.

Geldueti 50: 50 gr per litre of milk. This is the dosage for obtaining a versatile and quick base ready for any ice cream recipe.

Gelduesse 100: a particularly rich and creamy base rich with a dosage of 100 gr of powder per litre of milk.

For cold process

Doppiapanna:a creamy base that guarantees very good results even without pasteurisation.

Stabilizers

to be used either with hot process (cream flavours) or cold process (fruit flavours), these products in powder basically consist of stabilizers and emulsifiers to be integrated with other ingredients. Their dense and homogeneous structure facilitates air absorption and the subsequent overrun of the final product.

Complete products

in powder and ready to be dissolved in water (or milk, in the case of yogurt), they do not need any pasteurization and are the ideal solution for obtaining delicious sorbets with few quick and easy steps.

Products for soft yogurt

two versions are available: complete (to be simply dissolved in water or milk) and concentrated (needing the addition of milk and sugar). The both guarantee a soft, delicate and creamy result.

Products for slushes

in many delicious and coloured flavours, these easy-to-use powders just have to be dissolved in water and in few minutes the liquid mix is ready for the slush-machine.

Flavouring pastes

a wide variety of pastes ranging from the most traditional to the most original flavours. All Geldue pastes are entirely manufactured with high quality raw materials and advanced producing cycles enhancing their organoleptic characteristics.

Flavours

formulated in various concentrations and in a wide range of flavours, Geldue essences are expressly made for industrial productions on broad scale.

Decorations

winning ideas meant for pleasing the palate and also the eye through inviting ripples, toppings and the Decorgel kit including chocolate mini-cookies, coffee grains, multicoloured chocolate peas, tiny stars in three colours, Decorsoft syrups (for soft ice cream machines, Rainbow type) and dried fruit in pieces (such as peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, including orange flavoured ones).
